Report An Issue
Residents of Western Hanover are encouraged to use this page to report issues affecting their communities. This service allows you to notify the Office of the Member of Parliament about concerns such as road conditions, water supply problems, electricity issues, flooding, public safety hazards, or other community matters.
Once submitted, reports are reviewed and may be referred to the relevant authorities, including agencies such as the National Works Agency (NWA), National Water Commission (NWC), Jamaica Public Service (JPS), or the Municipal Corporation, depending on the nature of the issue.
To assist with proper documentation and follow-up, residents are encouraged to provide clear details, including the location of the issue, a brief description, and contact information where possible. While every effort will be made to guide matters to the appropriate agencies, submission of a report does not guarantee immediate resolution.
