Vision For Western Hanover
As Member of Parliament for Western Hanover, Heatha Miller Bennett is committed to working with residents, businesses, and community partners to build a stronger, more prosperous parish for everyone.
Her vision is to transform Western Hanover through wealth creation, innovation, shared vision, and honest leadership (WISH). This includes revitalizing Lucea as a vibrant centre for business, heritage, and leisure tourism, strengthening infrastructure such as roads, drainage, and water systems, and supporting the development of thriving community hubs in Green Island, Orange Bay, March Town, and Kingsvale.
Through investments in local entrepreneurship, modern agriculture, eco and cultural tourism, youth development, and education, she aims to create new opportunities so that more Hanoverians can own, build, and benefit from the parish’s growth.
By working collaboratively with communities, the private sector, and the diaspora, her goal is simple but powerful: to build a Western Hanover where opportunity is shared, communities are empowered, and the future is shaped by the people of Hanover themselves.
