Councillor & Mayor: Sheridan Samuels

Some of the communities are: Cauldwell, Pell River, Haughton Court, Grange,Rockspring, Kendal, Cessnock, , Cove , Flamstead

Focus: Rural development and agriculture.

Cultural heritage: Pell River is home to the traditional folk form Ettu, unique to the area, reflecting the community’s Youruban ancestry.

Agriculture is the mainstay of the local economy.

Councillor: Brian Chambers

Some of the communities are: Lucea Town, Kew, Johnson Town, Brisette, Malcolm Heights, Miller’s Drive, Esher, Bulls Bay, Richmond, St. Simon, Green land, Campbell Hill, Lances Bay

Focus: Urban planning, flood mitigation, sanitation, community development, and heritage preservation.

Tourism: Home to one of the largest hotels in the parish, The Grand Palladium.

Cultural heritage: Fort Charlotte, Georgian architecture, and Ruseas School, one of the oldest schools in Jamaica.

Some of the communities are: Askenish, Harvey River, Mount Peace, Dias, Cascade, Dundee Pen, Kingsvale , Middlesex

Focus: Rural development, agriculture, and upland community infrastructure.

Highlights:

Contains the Dolphin Head Mountains, an important natural landmark.

Farming remains central to the local economy.

Councillor: Marvel Sewell

Some of the communities are: Green Island, Saltspring, March Town, Cave Valley, Logwood, Santoy, ,Orange Bay , Winchester

Focus: Tourism, coastal protection, sustainable community development, and support for fishing and agriculture.

Highlights:

Tourism hub: Hosts major resorts, including Princess Hotel, Royalton, Hedonism 2, and Sandals Negril.
